The ground rules for playing on Dare Royale.

1. The party
Dare Royale is an 18+ social Truth or Dare platform operated by Astarium Network ("we", "us"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Dare Royale website, apps, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dare Royale. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or remove accounts that do not.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your login details private. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, harm other players, or put the Service at risk.
4. Play nice
Dare Royale is for consensual adult play. You agree not to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others; not to share illegal, non-consensual, or underage content; not to spam, scrape, or disrupt the Service; and not to impersonate others or misuse invites, payments, or reporting tools. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you post (profiles, challenges, messages, media, and similar). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to run the Service. You confirm you have the rights to share what you upload and that it does not infringe others' rights.
6. Our content and brand
The Service, branding, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except as we expressly allow.
7. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. How we use cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies (such as analytics) are only used if you opt in.
8. Sessions, squads, and social features
Game sessions, chat, squads, and profiles are social features. Other players may see content you share according to your privacy settings and the nature of the feature. Play only with people you trust for the vibe you want.
9. Payments and virtual items
If paid features, subscriptions, or virtual balances are offered, additional terms may apply at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred euros (€100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
